Waipa Arts Trail -Rotoorangi Pottery Collective

Here is a display of the Rotorangi Pottery groups offerings at the Waipa Arts Trail. There is a huge variety of styles here from handmade, flat sculptures and thrown work. Just beautiful. After dabbling in the Waitomo Society of Arts beginner pottery class earlier this year, I have a greater appreciation on these artifacts. I would love to do more in this sculptural artistic media but I am not disciplined enough to attend regular group meetings to utilise the kiln and specialist materials needed.
