A hand quilted pocket to go on my project

I got this idea from Jan Messent's book on Viking, Celtic and Middle Age embroidery and am adapting it to my cross house project. I will make a series of pockets with tags inside representing Maori and Celtic scroll designs. This first one has a Celtic know on the front. The insert will be tooled copper shim mounted on card of some sort and the backing will be a rich satin. The backing will come up behind the scoop and will be made in inverse so that no seams are visible. I am unsure how many of these I will make at this stage. maybe 4 and mounted in a mini book on one of the panels or maybe across the panel itself. I often make these sort of decisions on the fly once I get an idea of how the designs are going
