A Boel of Gold

We are finally forecast to get some rain so I have been out harvesting these beautiful French marigolds to dry and try as a natural dye stuff. I grow them normally to keep the white fly down around the tomatoes but the tomatoes have finished for the season - we have had fresh organic tomatoes for the last 6 moths. The rain might bring to an end these beauties so I am making the most of it
