No wonder the Americans call it fall. This year the leaves are very dry as they come down and many do not have the colour they usually have. It will be interesting to see if that has an effect on eco dying. We don't usually get to have so much ground litter but with Rob having been in hospital and me running back and forth to Hamilton not a lot has been done outside. I do love these crisper Autumn days though and I have just started putting mulch on the garden to put the Summer perennials to bed for the Winter. I will have keep ahead of the leaves now or the compost bins will be full and no where for these leaves to go.
