The gingko in Full Glory

The gingko is one of the last trees to lose its leaves and what a magnificent study in gold it makes behind the evergreen camellias and ligularia. I have been out collecting leaf fall and putting it in a plastic bag in the fridge because I want to try and make gingko leaf roses. I saw an article on Google where a church in America gathered hundreds of leaves and the members of the congregation made them into roses to decorate the church. I am going to sandwich mine between layers of organza to try and increase the longevity of the leaves. Should be fun
