Creating a pine needle base of a Speight's angel

This has taken me longer than I anticipated but I am needle weaving this base and will create a soft sculptured top to sit on the top of a doll/angle. I want to make the clothes from tea bags which I have been saving with the bottle tops from Speights beer - my husband's brand - attached to each tea bag. Not too sure how this is going to progress but not doubt I will get there eventually
