I do like how the precision of the little bugs and butterflies contrasts with the softer imprints of the leaf prints. The outlining of the print on this page is water colour rather than water colour pencils. The paint gives a more definite imprint. As this began as an experiment I used cheap quality watercolor paper so if I did this again I would use a higher quality one so the paint would drag across the page better. The left hand side of this page is more difficult to see in the photo but it is a very delicate resist print of rengarenga lily flowers. I have resisted the temptation to do too much to this page as I didn't want to lose the delicacy of the page
