Aotearoa Quilters silver challenge was to create a small quilt in a hexagon with 8 inch sides. My quilt was caled protect our fisheries and was done on the foil side of two coffee packets. It featured tiny fish in a Seine net. It didnt win a prize but looked OK along side of the others. The winning entry was a hourse drinking from a pool in the moonlight - all in silver and was very lovely. I don't seem to have a finished photo of my quilt. this photo is in the pre binding and finishing stage.
