I thought I would reference my Spring plants
Here are the plants I collected to eco dye and reference so that I can look at the differences that happen during the seasons and if I want to obtain a specific result I can work toward that - although part of the pleasure in working with eco dying is the surprise when you open the bundle. You never know quite what you will get. i will steam this with a light iron blanket for about two hours and the intention is to cut up the specific pieces and begin to journal what I have obtained. fingers crossed. There are roses, lavender, dandelion, marigolds, purple cotoneaster, loropetulum, apple leaves, beech, geranium, honesty flowers, miro, agapanthus flowers, silver dollar gum, cheery leaves, oxalis leaves and of course maple in this mix.
